Only a few details are needed: no account is required and you do not have to explain why. The withdrawal is considered exercised in time if the form is sent before the 14-day period expires.
The 14-day period starts on the day you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receive the products. After you withdraw we will contact you to explain how to return them: they must be sent back within 14 days of your notice. We will refund what you paid within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method as the order; we may withhold the refund until we receive the products or proof that you have sent them.
